Eligibility for Returns & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
How to Request a Return/Exchange

Email us at care@labeltanmay.com or WhatsApp us at 9971066593 within 48 hours of delivery.

Mention your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and attach images of the product (in case of damage or defect).

Our team will review and approve eligible requests within 2 working days.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized or altered products

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount

Products showing signs of wear or use
Pick-Up & Reverse Shipping

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).

For locations not covered by our pickup service, customers are requested to self-ship the product to our return address.
Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the form of store credit, valid for future purchases.

In case the product is unavailable for exchange, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
